Senior Consultant and Executvie Coach specialised in transformation processes,  I am passionate about Humanist Psychology, Systemic Theory and the development of people and organisations.

During 25 years as a Senior Manager in the private sector at the international level, I have witnessed how issues such common purpose, focus, sense of contribution, relationships, heart-mind balance, and consideration for the natural forces in play in human systems and in the world, have become critical levers for sustainable performance in today’s fast changing, very disrupted, highly interdependent world.  

Over the years, I covered a wide range of domains including strategy, business development, public/private partnerships, strategic programs, delivery & service management, client relations and business operations.  My track record includes bringing vision and thought leadership, forming purpose and people centered high performing teams, and delivering on large scale, multi-dimensional international programmes.

I am a certified Coach, a certified Practitioner in the Neuro-Cognitive and Behavioural Approach (ANC), and I have a long practice in Transactional Analysis, Organizational and Systemic theories, change management and leadership development.
